As a member of the Omaha Area Board of Realtors and Multiple Listing Service, our agents can provide you with a large inventory of properties to choose from. Conversely, when the time comes to sell your home, we can offer maximum exposure via the web to over 3500 affiliate members.
Commissions and Fees
Unlike other real estate offices in the metro, Real Estate Associates offers a 70% commission split. There are no penalties for working with a corporate broker and you get the same commission split for selling an outside listing as you do with your own inside listing. Our new agents even start at this above average split, which remains constant. Meaning, that your REA commission split can only increase! We try to eliminate some of the financial stress that may come from being a new agent. We want you to be successful, so we will help you reach your goals!
Plus the freedom to run your own business the way you want, without the all the cooperate expense; such as, royalty fees, media fees, advertising fees, technology fees, ect. Also, there's no commission level that you have to meet to reach the 70% commission. We feel that you will enjoy it at REA! The average time an agent stays with a company is one to two years.
